シンガポールに誕生しました！
このたびシンガポールのRE＆S社とパートナーシップを結び、品質の高い日本のパンを、そして和をテーマにしたパンを、シンガポールの皆様にお楽しみいただきたいという想いから、シンガポールにも五穀七福ができました。日本のパン食文化をシンガポールにおいても発信してまいります。
This time, we have partnered RE&S Enterprises Pte Ltd from Singapore to set up "Gokoku Shichifuku Japanese Bakery" brand in Singapore.
This is because we yearn to serve high quality and traditionally "WA" Japanese bread, with the intention of sharing the Japanese bread food culture with the people in Singapore.
RE＆S社は、洗練されたダイニング、専門カジュアルレストラン、さまざまな種類の製品を取り揃えており20種類のブランドの製品ラインがあり、シンガポールの料理領域をリードしています。
RE＆S社は、33年以上にわたり、現地で、日本食進化に支配的役割を果たしてきました。

Introduction of project contents
創業半世紀余りの歴史あるベーカリーが持つ製パン技術を、現地メンバーに研修して、日本品質を実現しました。
We have a historical bread technology to produce more than half a century since the establishment of our business. We trained to local members making bread technique and realized Japanese quality.
玄米粉や米粉、北海道粒あんなど、日本から輸送して日本の食材を使用した商品も並んでいます。
The products of ingredients which is imported from Japan. You can enjoy Japanese materials line up in our shop. They are made by powder of the unpolished rice, powder of rice, beans paste of Hokkaido.
現地の食流通事情や、水の性質、スタッフの技能、ビジネスモデルに合わせたカスタマイズを行い、生地の配合を選定しました。また生地には酒種（米と米麹をあわせた天然酵母）を取り入れて、和を演出しています。
We customized for the circulation circumstances of the meal of Singapore, a property of the water, the local business model including the skill of the staff. For example, we adopt natural yeast with rice and rice KOJI to direct Japanese concept.
「五穀七福」の看板商品である、「五穀七福ぱん」をはじめ、「米粉パン」「自家製クリームパンなどが、お召し上がりいただけます。
